I started my career in business operations, where I built a strong foundation in leadership, execution, and getting things done. Over time, my work naturally expanded into HR, payroll, and people operations, the part of the business where structure, communication, and culture really shape results. Living and working in Canada as a Mexican professional has also shaped how I approach leadership and communication, and it’s a big reason I’m also passionate about supporting newcomers as they navigate new workplaces.
